How do I register?


  • All 2011 Team Contacts for the PHSL 2011 season have already been registered into the system by the PHSL admin. Contact Francine Bordage if you do not know your login information.
  • Team Contacts must add players to their team in order to create their team roster.
  • Players will recieve an email with a link to fill out their user profile information on SLOPITCH.com.
  • This will give the player access to the members sections on the PHSL website.
How do I log onto the PHSL website?


  • Go to the SLOPITCH.com website and click the "LOGIN" link located in the top right corner of the screen.
  • If you are a PHSL member, you will automatically be re-directed to the PHSL website.
  • Note: If the automatic re-direct doesn't seem to be working and just logs you into SLOPITCH.com, while logged in, you can choose "PHSL" from the "Leagues" drop-down menu. This will bring you to the PHSL website while still being logged in.
How do I reset/change my password?


  • Go to the SLOPITCH.com website and click the "LOGIN" link located in the top right corner of the screen.
  • Click the "Forgot your password?" link.
  • Enter your username and click the "Reset Password" button.
  • An email will be sent to you with a link to reset your password.
  • Type in your new desired password twice and click "Save".
How do I create a Team?


  • 2011 teams have already been created in the system by SLOPITCH.com admin.
  • If you are a Team Contact and have not received your login information, please contact Francine Bordage.
How do I add players to my team roster?


  • Team Contacts can log in on the SLOPITCH.com website. You will be redirected to the PHSL site.
  • Click "MY PHSL > My Team".
  • Select the team you wish to add players to and click "Team Details".
  • Click "Add Player". You will need to do the following for each player, one by one, that you wish to add.
  • If the player you wish to add is already registered in the system, you can then search for them by filling in either their email address, first and last name, or date of birth. Clicking "Find Player" and click the "Add" button beside their name.
    OR
    You can add a new player to the system by clicking the "Add New Player" button, filling in their information (first name, last name and email address at minimum). Click "Save Player". An email will be sent to the player requesting them to register to the PHSL website and to fill in the rest of their remaining profile information. A team can not be validated until all of the players have filled out all of their profile information.
  • Once you have added the player, they will show up on your players list when you view your "Team Details".
How do I remove players from my team roster?


  • Team Contacts can log in on the SLOPITCH.com website. You will be redirected to the PHSL site.
  • Click "MY PHSL > My Team".
  • Select the team you wish to remove players from and click "Team Details".
  • Select the player you wish to remove.
  • Click "Remove Player".
  • Repeat this process to remove multiple players, one by one.
  • Once you have removed the player(s), they will no longer show up on your players list when you view your "Team Details".
How do I edit players on my team roster?


  • Team Contacts can log in on the SLOPITCH.com website. You will be redirected to the PHSL site.
  • Click "MY PHSL > My Team".
  • Select the team you wish to manage and click "Team Details".
  • Select the player you wish to edit.
  • Click "Edit Player".
  • Update their information and click "Save Player".
  • Repeat this process to edit multiple players, one by one.
How do I validate and print my team roster?


  • Team Contacts can log in on the SLOPITCH.com website. You will be redirected to the PHSL site.
  • Click "MY PHSL > My Team".
  • Select the team you wish to validate and click "Team Details".
  • Click "Validate Roster".
    • If an error message appears, scroll through your team list to find the player(s) who have a problem with their information.
    • Select the player and click "Edit Player".
    • Correct their information and click "Save Player".
    • Click "Validate Roster" again.
  • Once your roster has been validated, you will be able to click "Print Roster".
  • A new window will open with a printable version of you roster.
  • Select "File" > "Print" from the main menu in your browser and change the printing preference settings (Landscape or Portrait) if need be for best results.
How do I become a player on a team?


  • The 2011 season new player registration is now closed.
  • If you are currently a player, but haven't been added to your team in the system, ask your Team Contact to add you to their team roster.
  • You will be sent an email inviting you to fill out the rest of your profile information on SLOPITCH.com.
  • You can check which teams you are a player on by logging in on the SLOPITCH.com website which will redirect you to the PHSL site. Click "My PHSL > My Team".
How do I print my individual Team Schedule?


  • When you log in on the SLOPITCH.com website, you will be automatically directed to the PHSL "Members" page (found under "My PHSL > Members").
  • A list of the teams you are associated with is displayed.
  • Click on the "Print Schedule" link for the team schedule you wish to view.
  • A pdf of your team schedule will open in a new window.
  • Click "File > Print" from the main menu.
How do I submit Game Scores?


  • Only Team Contacts can submit games scores.
  • When you log in to the SLOPITCH.com website as a team contact, you will be automatically directed to the PHSL "Members" page (found under "My PHSL > Members").
  • A list of outstanding scores will be displayed.
  • Selelct a game, fill in the scores, and click "Submit Score".
