The Roy Overfors Memorial Cup is dedicated to the memory of a beloved friend and player. Roy Overfors was the captain of the Happy Hour Gang and played in the Parliament Hill Softball League for many years. Roy was a sportsman both on and off the playing field. He would always ask others how their teams faired and encouraged them. His team success was the result of all the energy and laughter he brought at the game.

Dedicating the Parliament Hill Softball League championship trophy to his memory will ensure his continued presence in the league he loved so much and that he will never be forgotten. Farewell to our gentle giant.
